When will my order ship?

I ship out orders every 1-3 business days and you should get a notification with tracking when it does.

 

How is my order shipped?

Each order is packaged in a bubble mailer and mailed via 1st class USPS with tracking.

 

How long will my package take to get to me?

Domestic shipping usually takes around 3-7 business days. If you need it faster, please choose the upgraded shipping option. International shipping usually takes 8-30 business days (there is no upgraded shipping available). These times are in additional to the 1-3 days handling.

 

I messed up my address! Can you change it?

Yes - as long as you contact me before I ship out your order.

 

The items in my order are wrong, will you fix it?

Absolutely. I am human and mistakes happen. Please email me a photo of what I mailed you to fromcalikoshop@gmail.com and I'll make it right.

 

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order as long as I haven't mailed it out.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes - I accept returns up to 10 days after your package is marked delivered as long as item is completely unused. Please email me at fromcalikoshop@gmail.com to start the return. You are responsible for shipping costs for mailing the order back and any shipping paid with the order is non refundable. You will be refunded once I receive the order. I cannot accept mask returns for hygiene reasons.

 

Do you grade your pins?

Pins are graded on a pass/fail basis. Small imperfections that are not noticeable from an arms length away are considered a pass.
